The objective of this plan is to guide the Management of the University Hospital – Kotelawala Defence University (UH-KDU), with the concurrence of the Kotelawala
Defence University and Auditor General’s Department, for making timely and corrective management decisions and to assess the efficiency and the effectiveness of the current activities and future plans of the University Hospital – KDU.
